1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union (EU) have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

Reimbursement of Payments:
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your selection of a more expensive delivery method).
The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you originally used, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Right to Withhold Refund:
We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment – whichever occurs first.

Returning Goods:
You must return or hand over the goods to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer.
You are only responsible for any loss of value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) to:

- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sealed goods (e.g., hygiene products, CDs, software) if the seal has been removed.
- Digital content and online services that have been provided after contract conclusion.
- Travel services such as flights, train tickets, concert tickets, or car rental bookings if booked online.
